Need help? Then you are in the right place, simply check if we have a web site that could assist you or use the contact page to ask a question and we will get back to you.

In the course of doing what we do on the community web sites we operate, or help out, we are asked for help, this could be for the number of the local police station, which you will find on the web sites (see:www.3dc2.com for the web sites).

Helping You.org.uk is the web site we created to put links that we recommend to those who ask. If the question comes up more than once, or is an important one, we'll add it to here.

Its that simple really we want to help and we do.

Couple of small points however:

    1. We are all volunteers here

    2. We will do our best

    3. This is not a replacement for professional help

    4. We recommend you treat this assistance as the first rung on the ladder

Some links that could be for men might also suit some questions asked in family. etc etc. So you should always find the right link.

We have not laden the site with so many links that you will spend hours looking through, we'll trim these as we go, and we change them as we come across a better resources or you recommend a better site.
